An example of technology in the production of wooden panels
Prefabricated and modular construction is becoming more common and is often recommended for energy-efficient and sustainable houses. As prefabrication takes place in a controlled production environment and follows specified standards, all components are built in uniform quality. This is important for accurate structure, tighter joints and better wall insulation.

Thanks to prefabrication, all components are built by experienced staff in a weather-resistant factory, equipped with manufacturing technology with predictable workflow in production and multiple quality checks throughout the entire process. Imported data from the planning software enables the optimization of timber length for the best possible material utilization and machine control using the appropriate CAD/CAM interface for accurate processing.
WE OFFER
FRAME HOUSES
Frame house construction technology involves the use of a frame that is filled with insulation, vapor barrier and other insulating materials. Frame houses are built quickly and are 20-30% cheaper than houses made of brick or aerated concrete blocks. A properly built frame house will last up to 150 years.
HOUSES FROM SLT PANELS
CLT panels are a building material made from cross-laminated timber and are used in modern construction as walls, interfloor ceilings, floors and much more. The production technology allows obtaining a durable material that preserves the natural property of wood to "breathe" and is devoid of its disadvantages: shrinkage, cracking, rotting.
MODULAR HOUSES
Modular timber construction is a method of building houses from modular blocks.
Modules are separate rooms, component parts of a house, from which it is assembled, like a construction set, right on the buyer's site.
The residence of 62 square meters is a simple one-story house with a flat roof that reflects modern elegance and contemporary design. It consists of one large bedroom that shares the same wall with the bathroom. modern and covered terrace.
The traditional house TPL-90 with a gross area of 103.2 m² belongs organizationally to half-story houses. The recognizable appearance of classic prefabricated houses through the height difference of two parts of 90 cm emphasizes the division of the living and sleeping areas. The ground floor is made of solid material, a garage with accompanying rooms.
Urban 2 is a modern house that combines functionality, style and spaciousness. This modern oasis offers an ideal balance between urban life and the comfort of a family home. The house stands out with its flat roof, creating an elegant and contemporary look. The large garage provides a safe place for your vehicle, while the interior exudes functionality and comfort.
It has a gross construction area of 127.02 m2 and has a distinctive exterior designed as a half-story variant. The ground floor is made of solid material, and the living area contains three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, pantry, kitchen and living room with dining room. Opposite the ground floor, the residential part is clearly divided into two zones, which are also separated by unevenness.
